Apparan is a street artists, educator and curator. Her murals promote social values such as unity, gender equality and cooperation between different communities and can be seen in different areas in London. She believes that art in the streets can inspire communities, promote dialogue and change. She uses realistic images of people in her pieces, incorporating surreal elements and messages to accompany my painted subject. She also runs Art House Project London artists collective and co-curates the London International Pasteup Festival.
